How much is shipping?

All orders are shipped USPS and UPS flat rate. Pricing varies by tiers. 

How do I pay for the order?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, JCB and Diner Club cards. In addition, you could pay through Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Do you accept PayPal?

We currently do not accept PayPal.

After placing my order, how long will it take for it to ship? 

It takes 3 business days for order processing and payment verification. 7-10 business days for domestic delivery. 10-12 business days for international shipping.

Will I be able to get a refund or make an exchange?

We can exchange only within 30 days and the merchandise must be sent back in the original package. We do not accept refunds.

I do live outside of the USA. Can I order online?

Yes.

In regards to my billing and shipping address, do they have to match?

We require that your billing and shipping address match in order to prevent identity and credit card fraud.

My order was placed successfully, but why I didn’t I receive an email confirmation?

During high traffic periods, there may be a delay in confirmation email deliveries. If you have not received an email in your inbox, please refer to your junk folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email address, please contact us by providing your order number and full name. From there, we will resend your confirmation.
